It suits a range of uses, a self-contained granny flat, weekend accommodation on acreage, or an off-grid cabin. Natural light is sorted with two large double-glazed front windows, two panorama rear windows and a panorama window above the toilet, and there’s an external storage space.
A couple of things to know before you commit. The unit comes wired but not connected, switches, lights and sockets are fitted, but a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before use. Installation, air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment is required in full prior to delivery, and any quote we give you is valid for 7 days or until sold.

Do I need council approval for a container home in QLD?
Generally, yes, using it as habitable accommodation usually needs council/building approval, and requirements vary by region and zoning. Check with your local council (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and others all differ). We supply the unit; approvals are the owner’s responsibility.
Is the price including GST?
It displays at $33,000 plus GST. Transport is quoted separately on top.
